'ZIL' Residential Complex, Moscow, Russia

On November 19 the result of the restricted international competition for ZIL 110 Ha plot has been announced. The winner is the Spanish-Russian consortium - Rubio Arquitectura&light.

Rubio Arquitectura&light concept proposed for construction of 30+ various height high-rise residential buildings joined by one public park with natural landscaps, water and entertainment features such as music and art installation called 'Moscow wave&sound organ' integrated into the Moscow-river enbankment, and low-rise residential quarters with private gardens along the main boulvard.

An iconic observation 'Tower-wheel' has been introduced to create the unforgettable experience for the Moscow citizens and tourists all around the world seeing Moscow from the sky.
