The concept of the park is based on a dialogue of past and future. Old Pskov meets with the modern Pskov. Thus two primary alleys designed in classic and modern style are crossed just in the heart of the park.
These alley split the park in three spaces: the promenade along the main city avenue, children park for active rest and recreational park for intimate rest activities.
